B-Dubb’s Shredded Chuck Roast Sandwich
3 lb Chuck Roast
Hamburger buns (8-12)
14.5 oz can of beef broth
Medium yellow onion sliced and quartered
Salt & Pepper
B-Dubb’s Sweet Heat Hot Sauce
B-Dubb’s Chocolate Inferno Hot Sauce
Preheat oven to 325 degrees
Add beef broth, ¼ cup brown sugar, 3oz B-Dubb’s Sweet Heat, 1 Tbs B-Dubb’s Chocolate Inferno to roasting pot and mix well
Add chuck roast coating both sides with broth
Salt & pepper top of roast (approximately ½ tsp each)
Place two 10” pieces of rosemary and two 6” pieces on thyme on top of the roast
Place the lid on pot, place pot in oven on center rack and cook for 3 hours until tender.
Let roast cool, remove from pan and shred with fork. (Set aside)
Add ¼ cup brown sugar, 3 Tbs B-Dubb’s Chocolate Inferno, onion and ¼ cup ketchup to broth.
Bring broth mixture to a boil on stove; add shredded beef and stir.
Cook stirring over medium heat until most of the broth is gone then serve on hamburger buns with your choice of condiments, fried eggs or cheese.
